What is RSS?
RSS (an acronym for Really Simple Syndication) is a Web-based content
syndication format. RSS is a popular way to share content (such as news
stories) without requiring you to visit a Web site to see what's new. RSS feeds
deliver headlines and hyperlinks to full articles or Web pages.
How do I receive RSS feeds?
1. Choose an RSS News Reader / Aggregator
RSS reader software is required to receive RSS feeds. Using such a tool, you
can collect RSS Feeds from many sources and view the headlines in a single
place. Here are some popular RSS aggregators:
2. Subscribe to RSS Feeds
Once you have the RSS Reader set up, you can subscribe to content feeds.
Typically, you’ll see the orange RSS button next to a content feed and you can
simply drag and drop it into your Reader. Alternately, you can copy and paste
the URL of the RSS Feed into your Reader.
