<description><![CDATA[you can get a smoker box for a gas grill to contain soaked wood chips, but i'm still partial to charcoal, myself.  i use a chimney starter, so as not to pass along lighter fluid taste to the food. unless you're grilling like crazy, it's worth the extra hassle in my opinion.]]></description>
