You don't have to kill your back, you can buy a weed popper or weed twister to help you out. They shouldn't be too expensive.

That's going to be a pain. At this point, you probably just want to pull out the worst of them by hand and wait it out until next spring and then re-seed the whole thing completely.

Help! My mom has been taking care of the lawn. She buys whatever seed is on sale and mixes it all in together. There are also a ton of weeds mixed in. All of the weed killer products I've found look like they are going to kill at least half the grass. Ideas short of resodding?
