Loose front door knob

Usually this is a pretty easy fix, you just tighten the screw that holds the two together. If the screw is stripped, repair becomes more difficult.

The doorknob on our front door is loose. Is this an easy fix? I don't want to replace the hardware because the same key works for three exterior doors.
