Using BOTH tyvek and felt paper?

My 50 year old house is getting vinyl siding. The felt paper under the cement/asbestos siding is good and intact, for the most part. Can I put tyvek over the top of it? Can you have too much vapor/wind/water barrier?

I'm new to this forum, please help!
