What's your opinion of tilt-turn windows?

absolutely get them- especially if you live in a city and have to clean on a more regular basis. i hate to clean even, and my windows actually make me WANT to!

I like these windows. They score a three punch of pros -- cleanable from inside, good ventilation, means of escape in a fire. Go for it!

They are easy to clean from inside the house. That's a big plus in my book.

We are considering replacing our awning windows with a tilt turn type of window. Does anybody have tilt-turns? How do you like them?
