I've never heard of anyone retrofitting their old toilet. I imagine it would be pretty complicated. The button would only be the first headache, you'd have to retrofit water flow as well. I think you'd be better off replacing the entire fixture.

The two button toilets are really cool. They are a great improvement on the low-flow toilets where you have to flush several times to clear everything out.

The other thing that's nice is that bathrooms and kitchens do the most to improve your resale value.

Thanks! I was doing some researc h about toilets and I've seen so many options and so many things! I want to save some money and redo the whole bathroom, just to have a change in the whole sense of it!

I don't think you can retrofit.. I think you have to buy a new commode. But they are most definitely cool.

I recently was in Europe and they have 2 bottons on the toilet, one to flush more water and one for less water, therefore saving water usage. My toilet is fine, but I'd love to install something like that. Is it possible to do it with an old toilet? Does anybody knows?
