last year I planted something I did remmember, made a perfect wood chips compost
and the animal ate it!

So, you are not alone in this problem!

Yuck! Human hair from strangers in your garden? I think I'd prefer the deer.

I don't remember exactly where I've seen something about it, but it said that you should put human hair around the plants, and the deers will not come around it... or was it dog hair? No, it was human hair, because the guy had to go to the beauty parlor and ask for hair there.

Helleborus is nice if you want flowers. Narcissus do well against deers, too! But the most common sense approach is to see what's recommended for your area. Typically, you want to plant a wide variety of strong smelling plants. (Deers scout out food by scent and a wide variety seems to confuse them.) Deer don't like plants that are coarse/tough hairy, with prickly leaves or plants with milky/sticky sap. After you plant enough of these, you can mix in plants that deer do like to eat. Good luck!

daffodils are great. they don't eat them. good for you for working with your environment, instead of planting whatever you want and going crazy with deer fencing and sprays and such....
