Tripping while you are wearing aerated shoes would be an interesting story to tell at the hospital waiting room. LOL.

If you wear the spiked shoes to mow the lawn, be careful that you don't trip and fall, especially if you have a self-propelled lawn mower.

Tip: Wear your spikey aeration shoes while you mow the lawn. Works great as long as you don't have a riding mower.

it can help a lot and it's not too hard to do. you can even buy shoes with spikes that are designed to aerate your lawn as you stomp around it. or a push aerator which of course is quicker. do it early spring, like now, and then plant your grass seed. check out these options:
