I'm not sure where you live, but if it's dry, these don't need much water...We put together the list when we lived in Arizona:
Achillea- yarrow
Alcea rosa- hollyhock
Artemesia- wormwood
Campsis radicans- trumpet vine
Coropsis- careful, some varieties are annuals.
Gaillardia grandiflora
Hemerocallis- daylily
Iris, bearded
Kniphofia uvaria- red-hot poker
Linum- flax, careful, some varieties are annuals
Oenothera- evening primrose
Papaver orientale- Oriental poppy
Pennisetum setacum- fountain grass
Polygonum aubertii- silverlace vine
Rudbeckia hirta- gloriosa daisy
Rudbeckia laciniata
Santolina
Sedum
Verbena rigida
Yucca

Chrysanthemum, Geranium, Hibiscus - these are all hardy and easy to care for. pretty too! good luck.
