My guess is that it isn't structural and that you can touch it up the next time you paint.

I think it happens because time goes by! I have the same problem, so for the next painting coat, I thin k I will redo the wall in a different way and replace those old things!

my walls are dry wall and i've noticed quite a few visible seems. is there anything to do about these? is it an aesthetic issue or could it be structural?
