The semi-professional Euro Pro collection, prized for luxuriously roomy and deep compartments, now includes a double compartment configuration. The new model provides the practicality of professional kitchen equipment softened for the domestic kitchen. Heavy and durable in 18 gauge stainless, the large bowl is 9" deep for soaking (and can be fitted with optional grid that can be suspended across the sink area); the smaller is 8" deep for food preparation and clean up. Corner drains are out-of-the-way for easy manuvering of large cooking equipment, and safe dish stacking.
