From Henckels, this 5-in. hollow edge santoku knife is smaller in size - much more appealing to cooks with smaller hands or cooks who prefer the lighter weight of it in the hand as you slice, dice and chop. The knife features indentations on the blade that help prevent "dragging" of foods as you work. The Henckels Twin Cuisine line features knives that are forged from one piece of steel with full tang handles that have no rivets - you actually can see the piece of steel as it runs from the blade to the butt of the handle.
