From the Viking kitchen comes this 2-pc. carving set. It consists of an 8-in. slicing knife and a 6-in. meat fork. They're made of high-carbon and chromium-vanadium stainless steel using a hot-drop forged method. The one-piece construction offers full tangs that run the length of the handles; the handles are polyoxymethylene, reinforced with fiberglass. Triple rivets provide lasting durability. Handmade in Solingen, Germany, the carving set comes with a lifetime warranty.
