"This is the best non-stick pan I've ever owned. After reading some of the reviews I decided I'd buy one and sacrifice it to the cooking Gods. I've abused it horribly. I use metal implements, sear the heck out of stuff, stick it in the dishwasher. I've used everything but steel wool on it. It's not damaged, it looks like new. I have no idea how the surface is different from every other Teflon pan I've owned - but it is."

"Love affair with a fry skillet?"

"I sure love my Cuisinart skillet! At first I was skeptical because it was so light. Now after about 6 months I realize something doesn't have to weigh a ton to be quality skillet. I love the way its cleans! You can fry eggs with no oil and it cleans easily with just soap and water. I love the addition of the handle on the end, it helps you carry hot food you have just prepared. Sure would like a larger skillet to prepare larger meals so I could entertain guest and family. Also a glass lid would solidify my wishes."

"This is an awesome pan. The only downside are the handle bolts. They are on the inside cooling surface and are not non-stick. When washing the pan, you have to scrub them to get the food off. Its hard to keep from scratching the adjascent non-stick surface"
