"I have had this pruner for about 7 years and it has earned its keep. Great for everything that's too big for your regular clippers and you don't want to drag out the big loppers. A must for pruning roses."

"These loppers are great, and they deserve to start a whole new size class of loppers. The industry standard long-handled loppers are hard to maneuver to the branch and to the cutting site. I don't know who started that long-handled lopper design, but they are just too big. With this size, you can get them in to the cut very quickly, and they cut good-sized branches well. These are very lightweight, but the handles are strong, and they cut great. I've got a pair that I've been using for about three years, and I've used them a lot. They're holding up fine. I just ordered three more pairs so that I can have a spare and give two for gifts."
