I poured the water into the resevoir, enough for 4 cups, and followed the instructions for the carafe part and put the coffee in for 4 cups. After turning on the unit the water started to boil but it never dripped into the carafe. I might get a drip or two. I have tried it 3 or 4 times now and reread the instructions again. What am I doing wrong or is there something wrong with my unit? I would appreciate any help with this at all."
