"We bought the AE 115 for a small 2BR house. We had to add two 20Amp circuits (the AE 125 would have required three circuits and 200Amp service) and we had to refrain from using the dryer or stove at the same time as drawing hot water. The AE 115 was not enough to run the whole house as usual. It did provide enough water for any one fixture at a time, except the bathtub, which we had to fill slowly. We were prepared to accept all that in the name of economy, but the AE 115 began to behave erratically after about seven months and failed three months after that. We suspect the heat sensor, but we're not sure yet. We're now going to install a tank heater and save the repaired AE 115 for another location."
