"not too bad for the pirce" Date: 9/26/2007
"For a great deal like this, I was fairly pleased with the quality. The only downside is its plastic and slightly flimsy when the motor is running. I hold onto it just incase."

"Great for papermaking" Date: 7/16/2007
"I bought this using Amazon gift certificates when I needed a good but cheap blender for paper making projects. After scouring garage sales and going through a couple $5 used ones that didn't last (no wonder they were selling them!) I decided I wanted a new one, but it had to be in my budget. This one fit the bill and I have not regretted it. Admittedly, whirring up paper isn't like ice cubes, but I just wanted to throw in a review for it based on a different use for a blender! For someone who might want a cheap but decent blender for something other than frozen margaritas, this one fits the bill well."

"I love it!" Date: 6/11/2007
"I bought this blender cause I just wanted a cheap one for making smoothies. This one works great. it has a hard time with my frozen berries - I freeze them straight from the market and they are bricks - but eventually chops them down. In fact, it's so strong it chopped up a wooden spoon."
