"Great toaster, makes bagels just like the bagel shops (crisp on the inside and soft on the outside-assuming you cut the bagel in half of course). Easy to make toast, however, it can only do two large pieces of bread at once, one on each rack. I had to put felt pads under the feet since the feet material made little black marks on my white corian type countertop. Easy to clean crumb catcher - just empty it a lot since it is a simple small pull out tray. DON'T try to take out the racks to put in the dishwasher like the pamphlet says is possible - or your toaster is toasted. We like ours a lot and it is well constructed and doors and racks glide in and out effortlessly. I may buy a couple more for my daughters to use too."

"Absolutely the best toaster oven. This is my second one. I used the first toaster for over ten years; it's still working-I just wanted a new color!"

"We're moderately happy with the toaster oven. It's small so it doesn't take a lot of space on the counter, and it does a fine job of toasting bread and English muffins. However, it is very very slow. It makes it a little difficult to time having your toast ready at the same time as your eggs. It also is really just a toaster--so small it'd be difficult to do any frozen meals, etc. Truthfully I haven't tried anything but toast though."

"I had one of these for years and cried actual tears when the lower element died. This is one of my favorite appliances ... so space-efficient it could only have been designed by a woman :) So excited to see it again! I'll definitely be getting another one soon."
