"Control problems"

"I give this iron 3 stars because I can get the wrinkles out well with it. I subtract 2 stars for inconvenient and poorly designed controls. To set the temperature, you have to repeatedly press a button to scroll through the settings (don't accidentally miss it, or you're in for more button pressing). Worse yet is the steam setting, which is a ring that rotates from left to right. It doesn't stay where I put it. Countless times I've wondered why I was having trouble, only to notice that it had slipped from maximum steam to low or medium. Two stars off for poor quality controls."

"This is the third Black and Decker Iron that I have owned, this is by far the best, it does not leak a drop of water, pure steam just how its suppose to. THis is a great product and I'm glad I got it"

"This is the best iron I have ever owned - much better than Rowenta. It heats up quickly, and mine does not "disperse" water like the previous reviewer. It is excellent - the temperature controls are digital, it has a fine mist spray and great burst of steam. Everything I iron comes out perfect!"
