"Awesome"
Date:
9/12/2007
"I read and read and read reviews of food processors and narrowed it down to the KitchenAid and the Cuisinart Food Processors. After yet more reading I chose this food processor and could NOT be happier!!!!!!!!! When the box arrived I thought holy . . . . This thing is BUILT like a tank and so easy to use. I put it right to work cutting onions, peppers, and other veggies. I am soooo happy with this product. Buy it; you will smile!"

"An Amazing Machine!"
Date:
9/4/2007
"I read every review for this product, and had a difficult time believing that people were so happy with this little machine. However, after using it to make Wolfgang Puck's Apple Coleslaw (in about a quarter of the time versus pre-machine), I too gladly gush! The best features are (1) it's extremely quiet (important in kitchens with ceramic floors, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, where noise reverberates off everything); (2) it's super powerful; it ground steak into burger meat with little fuss; (3) for the price, it has 1001 uses (and appears to be exceptionally well made); (4) every single part is dishwasher safe (this is a huge plus); (5) the mini bowl is a stroke of genius (wish it could be used with a greater variety of blades, but maybe in the next edition). The power, versatility and ease of cleanup of this machine has made daunting tasks do-able, and inspired me to try recipes I previously thought too labor intensive for the result. Kitchenaid comes through again!"

"Great for Healthy Cooking"
Date:
9/2/2007
"Great food processor - replaced an old, well used Cuisinart. Love the ease of processing natural, healthy vegetables, fruits, etc. Purchased the extra set of 5 blades and have made many recipes. Quiet motor - a pleasure to use. If you love to cook and use fresh foods - it's a great choice."
