"The packing materials made it difficult to remove. In fact, in the unpacking process the arm to the float broke off and I had to buy a whole new valve mechanism. Just as well for the cost of a much better new valve was only $3.00 more than the float. The separate tank and its connection did not make for a balanced connection. the tank tended to lean forward causing the toilet seat not to stay up.took a little playing with until this was right.For $[...] you are only getting "style". The function aspect was low on the priority list."

"I bought this toilet in black and it's beautiful. I have been complimented on it many times. It also uses very little water but I've never had a problem with that. The pressure is great. It has never clogged or had any issue. It was also very easy to install."
