"Plus - Good Pad as for performance and the ease of changing disk. Minus - If you plan on putting up your sander for a while, (say five years and it not being used) you might want to keep in mind you may need to purchase a new pad because the rubber will break down and fall apart. For a contractor who will use this pad on his sander on a weekly or Monthly basis, I'll give it a 5. He will probably wear it out first. As for the amateur, like myself, who only has a sander for occasional use, check your pad for replacement before your next project. Plus - rubber is environment friendly. When it does break down it turns to dust."
