| "worth every penny" |

"This is a great little knife. I use it for cutting
all kinds of veggies & fruits, also love it to cut
up my garlic pods that have been put up in oil.
It has such a sharp, fine blade that you can dice
finely. I have two other Shun knives: chef & boning,
which I have really enjoyed; but I do believe this one is my favorite.
