"Im very happy with this product. The front loading washer works well and is extremely quiet. I have the machine installed in a laundry area in the kitchen of a condo so noise was a factor for us. The washer is very quiet and it can be hard to tell if the machine is even running without actually looking at it. The dryer is not as quiet, and I would say it makes about as much noise as a typical stand alone dryer. I had no problems with delivery, installation, or removal of the shipping hardware as other reviewers have. One note of caution, however. The machine is quite heavy and the packaging is bulky. We had two adult men to move the dryer from the curb to the laundry area and it was a bit of a struggle at times. Obviously we expected a heavy unit for a washer dryer, but it was even heavier and bulkier than expected. The only annoying thing about this unit so far is that it does not seem possible to turn off the end of cycle alert for the dryer. It seems a bit odd for a machine that prides itself on being quiet to have a very loud annoying buzzer that can not be turned off. I am seriously thinking about taking the unit apart and finding the buzzer to disable it. Overall, the machine is quite good. The price was great!!!. We joined amazon prime and got free shipping. We did not have to pay sales tax. In addition, the price on amazon was about $250 less than our local retailer. Between taxes, free delivery with amazon prime, and a great price i figure amazon saved us >$350 on this unit. How can you beat that?"

"Installation instructions do not correspond to laundry unit shipped or to Frigidaire parts list on company website. Set-up requires removal of shipping screws and 4 plastic plugs with screws on back side and two screws on back kick panel below porthole. The backside shipping parts are snap, but the front side shipping screws a different story. One needs to have a special quadrex head screw driver to remove the kick panel hiding the shipping screws. Frigidaire customer service absolutely terrible, they insist the quadrex screws are supposed to be hexhead and this error at their factory is not covered warranty. Amazon drop ship of large appliances in theory great - on time and very courteous. Cardboard shipping container arrived in good condition but there was hidden damage inside. 1. A paint scratch obviously poor quality control at Frididaire. Electrolux should stick to vacuum cleaners and not major appliances. 2. The side wall of dryer section creased with large dent in sheet metal sufficient to obstruct rotation of the dryer drum. It's an easy fix for a handyman to tap out the dented sheet metal, but it's quite apparent that Amazon's shipping company doesn't gently handle the merchandise in transit. Other than that this laundry center is quiet in operation, but's its a tad flimsy in design and likely not last before the warranty is up in a year. Buyer beware spent over an hour on the phone with 3 Frigidaire representatives and they were absolutely worthless and could only suggest, call a laundry service repair company at my expense for a factory defect.
