"A decent product" Date: 1/18/2007
"Pros: It really keeps my tea HOT for a long time. I am impressed with this part of the mug. The lid and the double wall design do the trick. The outside does not get particularly hot, but the contents remain quite hot. Cons: The handle seems flimsy. Only time will tell, but I won't be surprized if it comes off the mug. "
