"product good, company sucks" Date: 1/31/2007
"i like the magikan, i like their products. i use one in my kitchen. However, when you email or call with a comment/complaint they NEVER respond. i put an order in for their litter deal for cats FOUR months ago. nothing. no product no word. when i finally got hold of someone they said that they make them in California and that's where they come from. uh huh. if you're a share holder GET OUT. they are horrible at handling customers."
