"I've had this about 18 months now. I also bought the acessory driver bit kit. Together, there isn't much these tools can't do. Combined with the fact that they are well built, you can't beat it. The best feature is that the fold out knives, file and saw lock into place. The old tools that didn't lock could be dangerous. All of the internal tools also lock into place, making for a very stable tool. I fix machines for a living, and take this on my hip everyday. My company gave me a nice quality tool kit, but I seem to reach for the Leatherman half the time anyway. It's just too easy to use. I find that the knife goes dull pretty easily, but then, I'm kind of rough on knives, so it might be me. I use the file all the time, and it hardly shows wear. The pliers portion of it is set up so that you won't accidently give yourself a blister if you slip while putting a lot of pressure on something. This is a quality tool, you won't be sorry with it."

"I don't go anywhere without it! (even the bathroom!) its solid, reliable, and with the pocket clip is not even noticeable (doesn't drag your pocket down to your knees) this is just the greatest little tool ever invented. "

"I bought 2 Leathermans in Jan.2007, one New Wave for my father-in-law, another one Charge TI for myself. Well, how about the numerous stains of rust inside New Wave and all over the blades? Also, some minor rust stains on inner parts of Charge TI. Multitools did not last even 1/2 year!!! Extremely disappointed! New Wave was a gift, and I thought that it will last lifetime... Alas..."
