"this is a great little machine for an apt. doesn't wash a big load, but that's good for me, because i hang my clothes out to dry on our small deck. i'm not sure about the manufacturer's support, though; they're in Canada and hard to get ahold of. but after using it a lot for 2 months, i'm very happy with it!"
