"I make a lot of cheesecakes and sometimes I just like to make a variety of them and this pan makes it so easy to do. I just use my regular cheesecake recipe and I make 12 different little cheesecakes. Its great. I have 3 of them."

"The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because of the cup bottoms. They have to be washed by hand because they stick together if you try to wash them in the dishwasher. The pan can go in the dishwasher (but don't let it sit with water on it too long - it will start to rust). Otherwise, the pan works great, and makes presentation a snap. I've used it twice and already received many compliments, and one person asking what bakery I bought them at - because they were too perfect too be homemade!"
