"Anyone who's struggled to remove a cake or cornbread or brownies from a so-called "non-stick" pan this is the pan for you. Simply excellent - I use the round cake pans and the 9' square pan, and everything I have ever baked slids out easily. These pans have the highest quality of teflon I've come across. Instructions for use of the pans is to bake at 25 degress less than the recipe states. Great quality, great product."
