"I bought it when it was offered at a bargain price, and it's a well constructed implement, no problems there. But - I still use my old, trusty crusty rusty great big cast iron skillet for most of the things this size pan is good for, even acidic tomato-based sauces. I'd hesitate to buy the Cusinart at the current price."
