"I received one of these mixers for Christmas, and have only tried to use it a couple of times. Not only is it too heavy to be comfortable as a hand mixer, but the beaters fall out if they are not pressed firmly to the bottom of the bowl."

"This mixer is not made of chrome, it is plastic with a faux chrome finish. The beaters are not extra large; they have a strange finish and bend easily. The so-called spatula is hard unbendable plastic and therefore useless as a spatula. I bought a white plastic hand mixer at a local store that had good stainless beaters and twice as many speeds for half the price of this one. This is the only time I've ever been unhappy with an Amazon purchase."
