"The new set of Cuisinart Chef's Classic stainless cookware I purchased did not have a 4-quart saucepan in it. It is one of my favorite sizes, so I purchased this to add to my set. It's well-built, the handle stays cool, heats evenly and quickly, and so far I have been able to keep it clean and polished with a non-abrasive cleanser. I like to make popcorn the old-fashioned way in this pan, and even the slightly cooked-on oil cleans up well. I'm not sure why the picture for this item currently shows a black interior, as all surfaces are polished stainless steel."

"This saucepot is a really good deal. It's a good size if you don't want to get out the big stock pot to cook a smaller amount of pasta, and it's great for sauces. Cleanup is very easy. I have a smooth top stove now and had to give up my 37 yr old Revereware, which I loved. This Cuisinart Chef's Stainless let me replace a lot of it at a reasonable price. The pot was shipped quickly and arrived in just a few days. I'm very pleased with the pot and Amazon's service."
