"My husband and I were given a twelve piece Cuisinart Classic cookware set for our wedding. Of all the pieces, including two skillets, four saucepans of various sizes and a stock pot (including lids), the three quart saucepan have been used at least as often as all the other pieces put together. It heats evenly, cleans easily (we hand wash our stainless steel cookware) and since we use a hanging pot rack to store our frequently used cookware, the fact that it's beautiful is a nice plus. I bought a second one seperate from the set just because we use the darn thing so much, it's easier to have a second one around. I love this pan and use it at least 2-3 times a week. Oh, and I recently moved from a house with gas heat to a home with electric, and it's great either way."

"I bought this pan after buying the 1+1/2 qt pan. I love its handle and how fast and even it heats up. I bought 3 Cuisinart pans to replace my grandmothers pans that rocked on the burner, its nice to be able to heat the whole pan at once:) I think this is a very good buy at a good price."

"I am an avid cook and decided it was finally time to throw out my old beat-up non-stick cook ware. I purchased 2 sauce pans, and 3 saute pans from this line. All of them cook fantastically. I had to set my range on pretty high heat to sear anything in my old cookware. With these pans medium heat is all you need to get a nice sear on steaks, chicken, burgers, fish, or whatever you may be cooking. Preheating time was pratically cut in half, You can put them in the oven without worry, and clean up isn't bad at all. For the price amazon is selling these pans at, you're crazy if you pass up this line of cookware. 5 stars without question."
