"I LOVE this pan. Just got it about a week ago, and have used it almost every day. My older Cuisinart non-stick pan does not have the Quantanium coating, and the difference is huge (eggs still stuck to that one). I am going to replace all of my non-stick pots and pans (luckily only a handful!) with the same-sized ones that have this coating. Eggs come out perfectly, especially fried eggs done in olive oil. I get the feeling the coating on this will last longer than on the other Cuisinart ones I have; it definitely has a different feel. The pan is heavier than I would have thought, but not enough to be a problem."

"This stainless steel pan is well designed. It heats very fast, has a non-stick cooking surface and is very lightweight. When used properly it really cooks up your favorite gastronomical delights very well. A practical and aesthetically good choice."

"This nonstick stainless 8-inch skillet is excellent for basic tasks such as eggs,brief sauteing,boiling water for blanching. Like any nonstick, it will probably have to be replaced after a yr. or so, but the low price makes that doable. I think it is equal to all clad or other premium priced skillets in the 8" category."
