"Read the manual food does not stick" Date: 7/27/2007
"Yes, you are using it wrong if food sticks to it. If you read the Cuisinart instructions included with the pan, it tells you to heat the pan before adding food to it, and then it won't stick. Try it, it works. Multiclad is pricey, but it works and will last a lifetime if cared for."

"I love it!" Date: 5/6/2007
"Yeah, Multi-clad cookware is expensive, but really worth it! Everything I cook in this pan cooks better and evenly, a little olive oil keeps food from sticking, and a gentle soak and wipe restores its mirror brighness. I wish I had known about multi-clad cookware years ago!"

"Maybe I'm not using it right." Date: 1/9/2007
"Food seems to stick to the surface an awful lot. I know it's not non-stick, but apparently we need to use a half-stick of butter just to make French toast."
