"The main body of the steamer is well made. Some of the attachments are of very poor quality. They either don't fit well, break easily, or deform from the heat very easily. They are made of very cheap or recycled plastic. (If a vacuum hose detaches while you are using it is not a big deal. If the steamer hose detaches while you are using it is is a very big deal.) The steam alone does not clean but only softens the grime, that must then be wiped away."

"Aside from low price ($29.99), compact size and fast and free delivery, this product, purchased primarely to clean jewellery and chandeliers, has worked easily and without fault. Contrary to my fears, the reservoir is large enough to complete time consuming operations without constant refilling and the jet power is more than sufficient to dislodge minute particles without the target flying out of control. I look forward to the use of the many accessories included."
