"Where do I start...how about, this is the worst kitchen appliance purchase I have ever made, and I'm over 50. First, the oven can only be used with the timer, and the timer can only be changed while it is not cooking, and it is set one degree at a time with cheapo push buttons...better switches were made in the 70's! The worst part is it has an obnoxious and LOUD beeper/buzzer that goes off for 30 seconds when the timer is done. 30 seconds!!! What were they thinking! I know, they were not thinking, it is just a cheap piece of junk for the money. To call this "commercial" is a lie...this wouldn't last a day in a restaurant open one day a week. Here's a summary of the remaining issues: The door is a wobbly, the racks do not securely fit in the oven, after two months (using 3 or 4 times a week) the elements weakened and it takes forever to cook; since it is big it only makes sense (energy wise) if you use it to cook a whole chicken or turkey, that's assuming you can get the temperature high enough. Did I mention that it's loud? It's loud. I know it's a convection oven, but it's louder than the euro oven this replaced, which was 1/3 the price but much smaller (and also the elements gave out). Hey China, just make one unit that works well and lasts, and charge me $300 for it so we can keep this junk out of our landfills!"
