| "Horrible Procuct with bad Customer Service" |

"Got this as a gift. At first, the fridge would get too cold (5-6 celsius). Called Edgestar and the only thing they were willing to do for me, despite being very aware of this defect from other customers, was send me an electrical part to do the repair myself (kind of weird, but I went along with it). Performed the repair of the cooling node per the instructions. Now instead of too cold, I got no cold at all. Called Edgestar again and they told me my only option was to ship back defunct product at my own expense, which I am not going to do as that is not the way an issue like this should be handled.
Horrible product and an even worse company!"
