"Not for Commercial use"

"I wanted a crepe pan that would hold up to alot of high temp. After 2 weeks of use it looked old. This is a terrific pan for home use, but not for commercial. We followed all instructions for cleaning. With alot of use it just can't handle high temps with a gas stove."
