"Great oven for baking bread" Date: 9/8/2007
"I love this oven! It is the solution I have been looking for to baking bread in a stone oven, without having to heat a stone for an hour in my large convection oven. This is perfect. I've made several 2 pound loaves with wonderful crusts, and the pizzas are incredible. I use the baking tray that comes with the oven as a "peel", and shape the dough on parchment on top of the upside-down tray. Then I slide the parchment right onto the stone."

"The absolute best" Date: 9/8/2007
"This product does it all, and it looks great too! I purchased this oven a month ago and have used it for almost everything we cook. I even put a frozen pizza in it last week, and it came out great on the stone. I would highly recommend."

"so far so good" Date: 8/23/2007
"I received my oven yesterday, and it is very nice looking and fits under the cabinets just fine....be careful tho, it gets very hot under the cabinets when in use, so you need space to pull out. It is very small so if you have a large family you would need to prepare food in shifts. large pizza is a no no, I think you must need to cook in the oven, and then crisp pieces up on the stone. I am roasting a chicken tonite and so far it looks great. I would like to ask mimilulu, do you take the baking stone out when you put the roasing pan in or do you just set it on top of the stone, when you roast your chicken etc. I would love to have some of your recipes! will let you know how it turns out. "Versatile Oven" Date: 8/15/2007
"Great looking product that can be used as a toaster oven and all purpose oven for smaller cooking projects. Saves on warming up a bigger oven most times. I use this oven in my office and it is perfect."
