| "New look and no more cracks!" |

"This newer version has stainless steel around the touch-pad, this must be the cure for the cracking issue. The older versions have plastic around the control pad and the plastic was always cracking. All that money for something that kept cracking! This unit is bigger, taking up considerably more counter space and it looks more like a mini pizza oven inside. Actaully, the control panel now has a "pizza" button. The black finish on the sides and top is fine but it looks like it'll scratch fairly easily. The door handle is new and not as cheap looking but the glass door feels lighter and cheap, it moves around a little. By putting the stainless steel around the control pad to "cure" the cracking issue, quality was given up in other areas!"
