"Worth Every Cent." Date: 1/30/2006
"I own a carpentry company in Chicago and hang lots doors of a great variety of thickness, material and quality. I can safely say that I have never experienced a more powerful, cleaner, or quieter planer in my life. The beveling fence is a great feature. I leave a 3 degree guage block in my pouch to set the fence and give the doors' leading edge a backbevel so it closes nicely without having to leave a large gap between the door and jamb. If you don't hang more than fifty doors a year, or install more than ten - fifteen kitchens a year, maybe stick with a lighter, less expensive planer. However, for those who really produce quantity and quality- this is your guy."
