"We really bought this to make real potatoes deep fryed really love it. With the different cutters. Loved it so much bought a second one for our cabin at the lake. I havent tried the apple cutter yet.With it being kitchenaid product also that was a plus.I had one real close to this for 20years but it finally gave out."

"Amazing how many things you can do with this little thing. Bought a caramel apple and had initially forgotten about it, but it makes the perfect cuts to regular and candied apples, and a great many other things."

"I bought this to simplify making fries, it was a disappointment. It takes a lot of effort to push through a potato, and when it does go through it most likely won't go straight. Either save your money and use a knife, or spend more and get a mandoline."

"I just don't like this item. Got it as a wedding gift and have hardly used it because it sucks, plain and simple. Don't buy. There are others out there that are better. NOT KitchenAid quality here!!!"
