"great heavy duty pan!" Date: 8/23/2007
"I have gone through many crepe pans over the years and usually they are very light and eventually the handles give out. This pan is heavy duty and I can tell that this will not be the case with this pan. This is a little pricey but worth every cent. I will have this pan for years to come."

"Crepe pan has many purposes" Date: 7/25/2007
"This non stick crepe pan is great for making crepes of all sizes. It is also great for frittatas and omelettes. Be careful to hand wash this non stick pan and to use a non stick spatula or be very careful not to scratch the non stick surface. Bon appetite!"

"What did I ever do without this pan??" Date: 6/8/2007
"This pan worked amazingly! The crepes were nice and golden, even the first one. I plan on using it for making pancakes and eggs as well. Great price and the quality of the item was simply awesome!"

"It's worth every penny..." Date: 1/12/2007
"If you love crepes and enjoy making all kinds of recipes with them, you absolutely should invest in this pan. I say "invest" because it's pricey, but All-Clad is worth every penny. I'm slowly upgrading all my cookware to All-Clad and I'm very pleased with everything. I must say that delicate crepes are hard to make because the paper-thin crepe is hard to flip. Always adding tons of butter or Crisco to the pan each time you pour the crepe batter adds too many additional calories. The non-stick surface on this pan is the best I've ever used and you can use this pan for any number of recipes besides crepes. I'm very very pleased and satisfied with my purchase."
