"Great looks and features, not one batch cooked evenly"

"I loved the features of this toaster and it looks great too, but not one batch of toast or bagel came out evenly toasted. After a month I returned it, but to my dismay and 4 toasters later I still haven't found a toaster that will toast evenly or doesn't begin to "go light" after 2 to 4 weeks."

"I was very dissapointed in the toaster. I put a piece of toast in and it only browned on one side. I returned the toaster for a full refund."
