"I had read all the reviews of this product before I bought it. I was a little nervous but I have always heard good things about Ginsu knives. Well, I did it and I am Very Happy! The knives are Beautiful, Very Sharp and the holding block is nice. I wash them all always by hand and dry them the same way, no rust problems that way which if you don't you may have some problems as other reviewers mentioned. They go very well with my other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. I would definately recommend them. I haven't tried cutting the beer can yet after slicing my tomatoes but I may give it a whirl. :o)"
