"Modern, Solid, Long Lasting, Pitting Resistant"
Date:
5/29/2007
"I have had this set for about seven years now, and they are still sold at Bloomingdale's. I had some problems with them pitting, and Cambridge sent out replacements with little difficulty. I did learn that you should never leave stainless flatware soaking, and ideally should remove them from the dishwasher immediately after the rinse cycle as the dry cycle is starting to avoid pitting. "Beautiful and classy.."
Date:
2/18/2007
"My husband had the 20 pc set when we got married and I decided to finish the set. I was actually able to find the 45 piece set with the serving utensils on clearance at a department store for a real bargain. I am so happy that we got the rest of the set. It is elegant enough to use for formal wear and rugged enough to use daily. I love it and can't say enough good things about it. I love the shape of the spoons and forks. The spoons are deep and are a pleasure to use. I wish they would come out with more pieces for this set. I would love to have ice tea spoons, lobster forks and a gravy laddle. But I can't complain, I was at least able to get the serving set."

"Versatile and Beautiful"

"This is our everyday flatware, but it is also elegant enough for our formal dinners. I LOVE it! In fact, I'm here now trying to find the hostess set and maybe add to my set. :-)"

"Great Flatware in its price range"
Date:
10/30/2006
"This Flatware is attractive, easy to hold in the hand, and has a solid heavy feel to it. I haven't owned flatware this good in this price range before. If you want good solid feeling unique looking easy to handle everyday-use flatware that will also look good on the dinner table also and at a great price this is it. It has a shine everywhere with no satin overtones. (Note: this set is solid unlike some of the much more expensive Henckels flatware which is hollow in the center. Don't you love the way Henckels cuts costs by making some of their flatware hollow and then they try to convince you that it is so it will feel balanced! That is kind of like the automated phone systems or air hand dry machines that state "In order to serve you better...")"
